• Brush out (this helps us identify any skin issues before the groom begins)
• Rough cut (if needed)
• Bath & body massage to help loosen any dead coat (using a high quality shampoo & conditioner to best suit your pets needs)
• Calming face massage with our specially formulated blueberry face cleanser
• High velocity blow dry to ensure a full dry & to lift any odour or allergy causing dander from the coat 
• Brush out & trim using the appropriate tools for your pets fresh coat
• Hair cut or tight scissor outline
• Nail trim, ear clean. 
• Finished with a cute seasonal bandana & lots of snuggles for a job well done
