Shipping/ Delivery Policy
**FROZEN ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR SHIPPING** LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY
Our staff will assign the next available shipping date to your order based on your shipping postal code.
Deliveries will take place on the day specified to your geographical area. (Pembroke/Petawawa- Tuesday between 6-8pm) We are unable to guarantee our delivery times as our delivery routes are subject to: weather, traffic and unexpected delays.
Changes your order
If you would like your order to ship on another date, please contact us at contact@hankandhound.ca. Please provide your name, email address, invoice number, order total and requested changes. Requested changes to your shipping date are not guaranteed unless you have received confirmation of your request by our team via email.
Orders left Unattended
Hank & Hound encourages our customers to be home to accept deliveries. If you are not home to accept delivery, and your invoice has been paid, our delivery driver will leave the order at your main entrance. If an order is un-paid, we will not complete delivery of the order.
For customers living in apartment complexes, you must be home to accept delivery. deliveries cannot be left unattended in hallways due to fire regulations and safety procedures.
We encourage our customers to provide delivery instructions if you are not home. For example: ‘leave frozen items in the cooler provided at side entrance’. Delivery staff will gladly leave your delivery in the requested location to ensure products remain frozen and intact.
Hank & Hound staff are not responsible for deliveries that are left unattended, damaged, destroyed or stolen.
